Fitness programs consist of a range of strength, resistance and aerobic exercise training and utilise the natural surrounds and parklands of your workplace.
Our qualified personal trainers create a challenging yet enjoyable program for your team which can include boxing, fitness and strength circuits, running, and much more. The classes can take place before or after work, lunch time sessions in the company's gym or outdoors. We provide all equipment necessary.
Our experienced personal trainers add fun, expertise and incentives to keep your team engaged and motivated and reaching their goals!

Health and Wellness Programs
Wellness focuses on providing onsite health and wellness programs, accommodating all fitness levels. Fitness programs are customised to meet the specific needs of your employees, taking into consideration their goals and aspirations, including weight loss/management, developing sound exercise and nutritional habits and participating in events they never thought possible!
Fitness programs consist of a range of strength, resistance and aerobic exercise training and utilise the natural surrounds and parklands of your workplace. Sessions last up to an hour and are programmed to suite your employees. This ensures convenience for employees and encourages maximum participation.
Employees are provided with quality training and ongoing support and advice from our friendly qualified personal trainers. Individual assessments, along with personal fitness/nutritional diaries are provided to track eating and dietary habits and participation in Wellness and physical activity outside of the program. These proven methods are included to encourage ongoing commitment and continual development of healthy lifestyle choices.
Our programs are targeted and designed specific for your employees so they get results. Our qualified personal trainers add fun, expertise and incentives to keep your employees engaged and motivated.
Tri Alliance Corporate can tailor programs to suit your workplace including:
- Health & Wellness Assessment - Including weight and height measurements and fitness levels. Ongoing support and development to improve.
- Boxing Sessions - A high energy fitness boxing session, combining a variety of boxing, strength and toning exercises.
- Circuit Training - Include a range of full body activities, including boxing, strength, cardio, free weights and more.
- Cardiovascular Training - Interval running sessions focused on developing fitness levels. High intensity cardio fitness including hills, sprints, stairs etc
- Strength Training - Using body weight and free weight exercises to sculpt and tone while building a strong core.
Health and Wellness Education
Wellness can provide employees with a range of health and wellness advice, seminars and motivational talks. With qualified speakers providing specific, relevant and interesting topics, we will jump start your employees into a healthier lifestyle!

Participants in our Health & Wellness Programs take part in regular health and wellness assessments with amazing results!
In the past 12 months, 87% of participants have lost between 2-50 centimeters EACH, with a whopping 109.7cm lost in total. On top of this, 87% of participants lost 61.4kilograms between them - averaging a loss of 4.7kg each. One participant alone lost 50cm and 11.8 kg's!
Apart from weight loss, participants have also outlined the value and importance of the program to their
lives, with 100% of participants indicating they feel better within themselves since commencing the Health and Wellness Program offered at their workplace.
Along with healthy lifestyle changes, Wellness has encouraged, motivated and inspired participants to compete in numerous physical activities they never thought possible before. With our experience, dedication and knowledge your employees too can enjoy these life changing experiences by being part of a
Health and Wellness Program.
With our ongoing commitment, we will continue to monitor each participant’s progress and provide regular feedback, advice and encouragement to continue their progress to happy healthy lifestyles.
Participant Results:
100% of participants in our Health and Wellness Programs over the past 12 months have indicated that they feel better within themselves since commencing the Program. 30% of participants feel good, 60% feel great, with the remaining 10% having a total lifestyle change. These figures are extremely positive as we continue our primary focus of providing motivation, enthusiasm and encouragement in all aspects of employees' lives, while instilling healthy lifestyle choices.
Wellness has also encouraged participants to participate in more physical activity outside of the Wellness program, with 45% of respondents participating in some form of activity 4-5 times a week, with another 45% up to 3 times a week. The remaining 10% complete their only physical activity at Wellness. These figures are significant, particularly given the 10% who do not participate in any other form of physical activity outside of Wellness. If Wellness was not part of your organisation, then these participants would have sedentary lifestyles. Our aim now is to increase their awareness further and continue to encourage and motivate healthy lifestyle choices.

Participants in Wellness have gained numerous benefits from their involvement in the program, including weight loss, developing better exercise habits, increased aerobic fitness, along with improved self esteem, increased energy levels, and stress relief. These benefits are long lasting and are part of our focus in instilling healthy lifestyle choices.
Along with these benefits, Wellness has also proven to positively change not only the lifestyle of employees, but also that of their families, leading to happier and healthier lifestyles.
Along with healthy lifestyle changes, Wellness has encouraged, motivated and inspired participants to compete in numerous physical activities they never thought possible before commencing the program. Over 70% of Wellness participants have had the excitement of competing in fun runs, triathlons, and even marathons - goals they may have previously had, but didn't have the guidance, support and encouragement that Wellness has been able to provide!
