You have the option of either a 4, 6, or 8 week clinic, with up to 3 sessions per week. Participants are also provided with fitness programming for further training and the option of other free sessions. |

TRIATHLON PINK CLINIC 2008/09
These sessions will cover all aspects of tri training for completing your first or tenth triathlon.
Whether you are the absolute beginner or you have done a few races already, this introductory program will provide you with all the skills and confidence you need to complete and race in the only all female race in Australia.
These sessions will cover learning to swim, swimming technique, transitions made easy, running and breathing with ease and bike skills, handling and fitness to mention some.
The 8 week program will be starting on the 8th September. The 6 week program will be starting on the 22nd September. The 4 week program will be starting on the 6th October.
4 week program timetable.
Week 1
Monday 6th of October – 6.30pm swim at MSAC. Lanes 8 and 9 will be made available to us in the outdoor pool.
Tuesday 7th – wind trainer at MSAC. Bring your own bike. Session will be held above the indoor pool on the mesanine.Â
Wednesday 8th – 7pm swim at MSAC in the indoor pool. Lanes 8 and 9 will be made available to us.
Thursday 9th – 6pm combo session at Elwood Lifesaving club. Make sure you bring all the appropriate gear, including bike, helmet, bike shoes, runners, wetsuit if you have one, bathers, towels, sunnies, etc.
Saturday 11th – 8am combo session at Elwood Lifesaving Club. Again, bring all appropriate gear. See above for necessary equipment.
Week 2

8 Week Program - A thorough and comprehensive training program that covers all aspects of triathlon training and racing. Guaranteed to improve your fitness and increase your skill level so that you feel able to comfortably compete in a triathlon.
6 Week Program - A thorough training program that will have you seeing improvements in fitness and skill level.
4 Week Program - The bare minimum amount of training needed to comfortably compete in a triathlon.
All sessions will be covering skills and tips and tricks for triathlon, thought the 6 and 8 week programs will cover detailed fitness sessions also. The 4 week program will not be involved in as many of these.
