TRI ALLIANCE | TRIATHLON TRAINING OPTIONS

Tri Alliance have 3 training programs to choose from, with each option suitable for beginners through to elite athletes.  Our programs are designed to help you reach your triathlon and fitness goals, with each training session being designed specifically for your goals whether it be Fun, Sprint, Olympic, Half or Full Ironman Distance.  With a wide diversity of athletes, you will always have others to train alongside, allowing you to push yourself to reach your goals sooner.

So whether you are new to the sport of triathlon, want to increase your fitness, improve technique or race times and goals - we have the program just for you.

MINI SOCIAL PROGRAM $25/week

Our Mini Social Program is a great way to train socially with a group allowing you to attend any 3 of our coached sessions a week from our training timetable. UNLIMITED (Olympic/Sprint/Fun) PROGRAM $35/week

Our Unlimited Program for Olympic/Sprint/Fun distances is our most popular training program.  It is an excellent cost effective program which  allows you to attend unlimited coached sessions each week from our training timetable, along with having training, strength and flexibility programs to follow at home. Our Unlimited Half/Full Ironman Program is designed specifically for those whose goal is Half or Full Ironman.  The program allows you to attend unlimited coached sessions each week from our training timetable, along with having training, strength and flexibility programs to follow at home. The program is designed to cater specifically for Ironman athletes, focusing on your goals and race challenges. A great way to step up to Ironman Distance or improve your previous results. Our Personalised Program is designed specifically with your goals in mind. The program uses the latest coaching program technology from Visual Coaching Pro, includes a personalised program written specifically for you and your goals, regular one-on-one contact with your own personal coach and you can attend unlimited coached sessions a week! Perfect for those who need direction, want to seriously improve their times or reach their goals sooner - this program will have you reaching your goals sooner than you thought possible! TRY-the-TRI PROGRAM $190/6 weeks

Only available from November - March. Commencement dates for the 2010/2011 season available soon.

TRY-the-TRI is ideal for beginners and those new to the sport. Our specially designed Program will have you confident and ready to race in just 6 weeks! Yes, that’s right, we'll have you racing in just 6 weeks with an all in one package. You will learn all the tips, tricks and skills the pro's use. And gain the confidence you need to be up and racing in time for your first Gatorade Triathlon or Brooks Fun Tri Race. You will be able to attend up to 3 sessions a week from our designated timetable, your own program to follow at home PLUS an added bonus - you receive a free race entry into the Gatorade/Brooks Triathlon Series!
