Weekly meal planner

Your weekly meal planner helps you and your trainer to keep track of what food are being consumed. The method is simple you can either have you or your trainer fill in the food you wish to have during the week and follow the planner as you go.

Alternatively if you if you are confident enough fill in the Meal Planner yourself from the recipes and alter as you go.
